It is also available online and LNRed. It updates frequently and there is a Bulletin containing notes on cases, latest IP developments and matters of interest.

This product was the first looseleaf publication in the area and remains the most mature, thorough and renowned work. This is why Dr Kevin Lindgren (ex Federal Court judge and President of the Copyright Tribunal of Australia) agreed to take over the reins from Jim Lahore in relation to copyright, Melbourne IP barrister Warwick Rothnie is now looking after Designs and Sydney Barrister Peter Maddigan write the Notes to legislation as well as other material.
