Tiffany Britchford

Tiffany is an Associate in Baker McKenzie's IPTech team, where her work focuses on media and intellectual property disputes and advisory. She regularly provides advice on defamation, copyright, trade marks, pre-publication and online content regulation, and handles matters in the Federal and Supreme Courts for a range of clients including major media and technology companies and social media platforms. She previously worked at Allens in their Disputes and Technology, Media and Telecommunications teams. Tiffany brings a wealth of commercial understanding and passion for IP and media from her years working in music and television, prior to entering law.
