She has considerable experience in advising some of Australia's leading companies on a broad range of workplace relations issues including employment contracts, performance management and discipline, termination of employment and post-employment obligations. Richelle has also conducted a range of litigious matters in State and Federal industrial, equal opportunity and health and safety jurisdictions.
