Tracy brings with him over 35 years of experience as a workplace lawyer. He has worked at a number of national firms including Mallesons Stephen Jacques, Blake Dawson Waldron (as consultant counsel), and Corrs Chambers Westgarth (as in-house counsel). He was a partner at Parker & Parker (which subsequently merged with Freehill Hollingdale & Page), and has also practised as a barrister at Francis Burt Chambers, and as a sole practitioner. He has particular interest in statutory construction and the contract of employment.
