Ryan has more than 10 years’ business and commercial law experience, most recently as a Senior Associate at Addisons.
Ryan has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, spanning local and international M&A and capital raisings, crowdfunding, foreign investment regulation, financial services and funds, joint ventures, banking and finance, personal property securities and franchising. Ryan has worked closely with Australian and international businesses of all sizes, from start-ups and SMEs to private equity firms, ASX listed companies and multinationals in different industries, including property development, commercial agriculture, fintech, FMCG and non-bank lending.
