Sarah has extensive experience representing and assisting clients in contentious competition and consumer matters involving investigations and prosecutions by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Earlier in her career Sarah worked as an Assistant Director in the Enforcement branch of the ACCC.
Sarah regularly advises clients in various industry sectors on the competition and consumer law implications of commercial dealings and transactions including mergers and joint ventures, distribution agreements, dealings with competitors, consumer contracts, and advertising and marketing campaigns. Sarah has designed and conducted compliance training programs for a number of high profile clients in the consumer sector.
