About Sam

Sam's practice now focuses primarily on all aspects of property law. He advises a diverse range of clients on the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential property, retirement villages, adverse possession claims, subdivisions and multi-level off the plan inner city apartment projects. Sam has acted for landlords in relation to CBD property leasing arrangements and the eventual sale of those properties. He also advises both landlords and tenants on their obligations under the law and their leases. Sam is accredited as Property Law Specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria.
