About Martin

Martin is a leading projects and finance lawyer with Australian and international experience. Martin acts for banks, sponsors, borrowers and government on project finance and corporate finance transactions and high profile energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience working at leading international firms in London and Melbourne and formerly headed the banking and finance team at a major South Australian law firm. Martin has particular expertise in banking and finance, energy and infrastructure project funding and development, Personal Property Securities law, and trusts law. Martin sits on the Financial Services Committee of the Law Council of Australia and lectures at Flinders University law school. He is frequently published in legal journals and is an author for LexisNexis in the areas of trusts and business acquisitions. Martin has a Masters of Law from the University of Cambridge.
