Helen Hardy is Company Secretary of Origin Energy Limited. She was previously General Manager, Company Secretariatof a large ASX listed company, and has advised on governance, corporate law,financial reporting and risk at a Big 4 accounting firm and a national lawfirm. Helen is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary and a Graduatemember of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelorof Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and isadmitted to practice in New South Wales.
