Before joining the Bar, Fiona practised in personal injury and commercial law, the latter as a senior associate at Ashurst (then Blake Dawson).

At the Bar, Fiona’s personal injury practice includes serious injury applications and jury trials, statutory benefits claims and veterans’ entitlements proceedings in the AAT and the Federal Court.
