Dr. Stephen Pallavicini

Stephen has worked for many years in property law. His practice has focused on commercial property law, with a particular emphasis on capital transactions, property development and leasing retail assets. He joined Stockland as a senior legal counsel in 2003 after being at Abbott Tout where he was a senior associate. He then joined Woolworths Group Ltd as the lead property lawyer in 2017. He is a member of the Law Society's Property Law Committee and the Law Society's Property Specialist Accreditation Committee, Chair of the Property Law Reform Alliance and an occasional presenter of topics and articles on real property matters
