Catherine has worked with a number of leading Australian and Asian property owners and has considerable expertise in: acquisition and sale of commercial office blocks, industrial and bulky goods parks and retail shopping centres leasing including:

• Stream leasing and 'green or environmentally sustainable leasing
• Retail, commercial, industrial, strata title and special purposes leases
• Agreements to lease and leases for 'purpose built' premises
• Preparing standard leasing documents, including heads of agreement
• Negotiating and advising tenants in relation to leases including negotiation of heads of agreement
• Lease dispute work including: locking out defaulting tenants, make good advice, market rent review advice, whether a lease proposal is binding
