Prior to joining Zhong Lun as a partner, Wayne worked at Allens, Australia for more than 8 years. In 2014, he moved to Hong Kong and worked in Zhong Lun Hong Kong office as a partner and thereafter joined Zhong Lun Guangzhou office. After the PIPL came into effect, he advised many entities on their privacy policies and data processing activities, including revising privacy policies, drafting legal memos and reviewing service agreements.
