Did you know that you can set users up and reset their passwords on Lexis Advance and Practical Guidance if you are an admin user on the LexisNexis Account Centre?

If you cannot access the Account Centre, then you can contact your firm's administrator. If you do not know who your firms administrator is then you can call us on 1800 772 772.

If you have been set up on the Red Digital Lending Portal as an administrator you can add new users from your organisation.

http://lexisred.lexisnexis.com.au/DigitalLibraryAU/Pages/Admin/home.aspx

Once the user is set up you can assign titles to their account.

If you cannot access the Red Digital Lending Portal, then you can contact us on 1800 772 772 to be set up on Red.
