Professor Ian M Ramsay

Ian Ramsay is the Harold Ford Professor of Commercial Law at Melbourne Law School, the University of Melbourne, where he is Director of the Law School's Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation. Ian practised law in New York and Sydney and is a member of the Corporations Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia.

Ian Weldon

Ian Weldon was educated at St Peter's College, Oxford, and the Inns of Court School of Law. He was called to the Bar by the Middle Temple in 1977. Ian was admitted as a barrister in New South Wales in 1985 and in 1986 he was admitted to practice in Western Australia.  He joined the WA Bar Association in 1988. He has practised in Perth since 1993.

Richard Neal

Richard is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates (NSW). He is the former Chair of the Advisory Committee for Specialist Accreditation in Wills and Estates law in New South Wales.

His practice comprises of equity litigation, including contested estate, will construction, family provision litigation, insolvency, partnership and shareholder disputes. Will drafting advice is also another major practice area.

Tony Schwartz

Tony Schwartz has practised in a broad range of areas of law with a particular interest and speciality in liquor licensing matters since his admission as a solicitor in 1979.

The cornerstone of Tony's expertise and recognition in the provision of legal services to the liquor, hospitality and gaming industries is his contribution to education and technical legal services as the principal author of the LexisNexis liquor licensing publication McDonald's Licensing and Gaming Laws of New South Wales.
