Phoebe is a Senior Associate in MinterEllison's leading Climate & Sustainability Risk Governance team. Phoebe has extensive experience addressing critical sustainability issues across the corporate law landscape for the ASX20 and large financial institutions – including in financial reporting and disclosure.

Phoebe has a particular focus on addressing ESG risks (and opportunities) across supply chains, major projects and transactions – and is recognised as an industry leading expert in this space. Phoebe's international experience at the forefront of climate contracting brings an unrivalled perspective to climate adjusted contracting methods in Australia. Phoebe is Co-Lead of APAC, and was previously the Director of Implementation, at The Chancery Lane Project, a global collaboration of over 350 organisations mobilising the legal profession to re wire contracts to tackle climate change. Phoebe is the co-chair of the legal taskforce of Infrastructure Net Zero, a cross-industry group catalysing net zero implementation across Australian infrastructure procurement.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to Environmental Law, Phoebe was awarded the Law Council's Mahla Pearlman Young Environmental Lawyer of the Year in 2023.
