John Marquis

John Marquis is a former police prosecutor and for seven years was the Officer in Charge of the Research and Training Section of the Prosecutions Division of the Victoria Police Force.

John was a Senior Instructor at the Leo Cussen Practical Training Institute in the areas of criminal law, advocacy and evidence.  John for many years instructed at the Victorian Bar Readers Course.

John is a member of the Victorian Bar who specialises in traffic and criminal law.

John writes for the Motor and Traffic Victoria publication.
