Dr John Tarrant

John Tarrant has a number of qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours, Master of Laws and a Doctor of Juridical Science. He is a barrister-at-law in New South Wales and a Professor of law at the University of Western Australia where he teaches Advanced Practice and Procedure.
He has published extensively in many areas of the law including corporations law, property, trusts, issues related to commercial litigation, military law and international humanitarian law. He has published two previous books, Amending Final Judgments and Orders (2010) and Disqualification for Bias (2012).
