Charlotte Turner

Charlotte is a Senior Associate in MinterEllison's leading Climate & Sustainability Risk Governance team. Charlotte has extensive experience addressing critical sustainability issues across the corporate law landscape for the ASX20 and large financial institutions – including in financial reporting and disclosure.  Charlotte has a particular focus on corporate governance, misleading disclosure and ESG-related litigation. Charlotte is Co-Lead of APAC, at The Chancery Lane Project, a global collaboration of over 350 organisations mobilising the legal profession to re wire contracts to tackle climate change. Charlotte is currently studying for a Master of Environment at Melbourne University.
