Dr Bruce Baer Arnold teaches privacy, health, intellectual property and consumer protection law at the University of Canberra. Prior to becoming an academic he worked in ‘new technology’ areas in the private sector and Australian Public Service. He is a contributor to Health Law Bulletin, Privacy Law Bulletin and the Lexis Privacy service

Dr Arnold has chapters in books published by eg Springer and Elgar, along with articles in Melbourne University Law Review, Journal of Law & Medicine, Journal of Medical Ethics, Alternative Law Journal, Adelaide Law Review, Canberra Law Review, Laws, Monash University Law Review and other journals. Submissions have been extensively quoted in parliamentary and law reform commission reports.
