Bill Sibonis

Bill has qualifications in town and regional planning and is a Senior Member of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, having been appointed in 2009. Prior to this, Bill held senior positions in Local Government planning departments and was a sessional member of Planning Panels Victoria.

Bill has been a member of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Rules Committee since 2007, and was an Associate General Editor of the Victorian Planning Reports between 2005 and 2009.

Bill joined the Planning and Environment Victoria author team in March 2021.
