6th Annual
Family Law Summit

In-depth analysis and commentary on current, critical and complex issues in family law

18-19 June 2009, Marriott Hotel, Brisbane

Recent decisions regarding property settlements, binding financial agreements and superannuation splitting have changed the face of family law.

Add to that, new de facto laws passed in NSW, QLD, VIC and Tasmania, (due to commence in March 2009) and discussions of a courts merger, and you are left with a certainty of change.

Now is the best time to get up to date with these changes and to assess the potential ramifications. The 6th Annual Family Law Summit is designed to engage you in critical facets of the most current and challenging issues in Family Law.
