The Court Procedures Act 2004 and Court Procedures Rules 2006 represent an important advance in the conduct of civil procedure in the ACT. One set of rules govern the general run of civil proceedings in the Supreme and Magistrates Courts. In line with these legislative changes, Civil Procedure ACT provides up to date legislation as well as comprehensive practice material including forms, fees, practice notes and related legislation.
