Swaab Attorneys Win BRW Awards

We are delighted to announce that Swaab Attorneys, Sydney, have won two 2008 BRW Client Choice Awards. Bronwyn Pott, CEO of Swaab Attorneys has been a Locus Affinity (now Lexis Affinity) customer since 1990. Swaab Attorneys currently use the flagship Lexis Affinity practice management system (single application for accounting, CRM, workflow and document automation) and has outsourced the support to LexisNexis through the use of the IntegrITy Server Platform. Bronwyn attended the LexisNexis Global Customer Summit held in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1st April – 3rd April 2008 during which she spoke to LexisNexis executives about the needs of law firms in a competitive market.

The Global Customer Summit draws customers together from around the world to meet with LexisNexis’ senior management team to discuss how LexisNexis can better serve the needs its customers. The Global Customer Summit along with the customer surveys and regional customer service initiatives help ensure that LexisNexis stays focussed on what is important to our customers.
