About Madeleine

Following her admission to practice in 2009, Madeleine worked with a leading mid-tier commercial law firm in Adelaide after commencing as a cadet there in 2008. After practising broadly across a range of commercial areas, Madeleine's focus was increasingly drawn to intellectual property and licensing matters. Madeleine established her own practice, before joining Solubility in April 2014, where she was promoted to Senior Associate in May 2016.

Since joining Solubility, Madeleine has developed a strong client base, and her clients value her responsiveness and her thorough yet pragmatic style of practice. Her practice involves advising in relation to, and preparing appropriate agreements and documentation for, licensing transactions, manufacturing, supply and distribution arrangements, capital investment, directors' duties and liabilities, and copyright, trade marks and all other aspects of intellectual property. Madeleine advises clients across a range of industries, including the university sector, agriculture, consumer goods, medical devices, therapeutic goods, life sciences and IT, and she also takes pleasure in providing pro bono legal assistance to certain charities and foundations in the arts sector, including through Arts Law Centre of Australia.
