Teresa is a Solicitor and has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration law since 1998. She is the Co-Managing Partner of Fragomen’s Australia and New Zealand Practices.

Teresa has particular experience in advising international and national companies across a range of industries on immigration and visa program usage, obligations and management, compliance and international mobility. She has assisted clients with audits and compliance issues with the Department of Immigration and sits on Fragomen's Global Compliance Committee. She has provided specific advice and advice on immigration work agreements, including with respect to the recruitment of overseas workers for large scale projects.

Teresa is a member of the Migration Advice Industry Advisory Group, a government-formed and -nominated group that provides strategic advice to the Australian government regarding the migration industry and potential reforms to the legislative framework governing the industry.

Teresa has significant experience in assisting business people and high net worth individuals in visa options to enable them to settle in Australia for the purposes of establishing a business or investing in Australia.
