About Ron

Robert is the Regional Managing Partner of the firm's extensive Asia Pacific practice. Robert is responsible for the strategic direction and the operations of all Fragomen offices in the Asia Pacific region including offices in Auckland, Bangalore, Beijing, Brisbane, Guanhzhou, Hong Kong, Kochi, Melbourne, North Ryde, Perth, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Wellington.

Ron provides strategic advice and solutions designed to meet the overseas workforce needs of businesses in all sectors with a particular focus on resources. He is currently assisting clients with Enterprise Migration Agreements, Regional Migration Agreements and Labour Agreements. Ron has been recognised for five consecutive years in the Australian Financial Review's Best Lawyers, one of the leading peer-based ranking of lawyers in Australia and overseas.

Ron's primary interest is in how companies can utilise the global talent pool to create mobile and productive workforces by coordinating workforce planning, recruitment, visa management and compliance.

Ron is also interested in public policy and has coordinated a number of significant policy submissions to Government.
