Previously General Counsel and Commercial Director of UK Broadband Ltd (the UK subsidiary of PCCW Hong Kong) Louise was responsible for the legal, commercial and regulatory aspects of rolling out PCCW's pre-4G network in the UK.

Louise was also employed as a corporate lawyer at international law firm Lovells in London, and prior to that, at Minter Ellison in Melbourne.
