About Craig

Craig Allsopp, Director at Allygroup, specialises in litigation project management, governance and compliance reviews, and consulting on legal processes.

Prior to his role at Allygroup, Craig was a senior lawyer and legal manager at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Demonstrating high level project management and expert compliance risk evaluation and mitigation skills, Craig conducted court proceedings, procured and engaged counsel, and managed major investigations in this role.

Complementing his civil litigation work with ASIC, Craig provided legal service in commercial litigation and dispute resolution across District, Supreme and Federal Court hearings during his tenure with national law firm Sparke Helmore Lawyers.
