  • Retail, commercial, industrial, strata title and special purposes leases
  • Agreements to lease and leases for 'purpose built' premises
  • Preparing standard leasing documents, including heads of agreement
  • Negotiating and advising tenants in relation to leases including negotiation of heads of agreement
  • Lease dispute work including: locking out defaulting tenants, make good advice, market rent review advice, whether a lease proposal is binding

Bachelor of Arts (UQ), Bachelor of Laws (UQ), Accredited specialist in property law by the Law Society of NSW, Admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and also of the Supreme Court of QLD
