Richard has held senior executive positions in each of the listed public, government and not for profit sectors over the past 20 years. He has first hand experience with many of the issues which confront directors, CEOs and their executives as they come to grips with emerging governance expectations and related regulation.

Richard consults in governance, strategy, business design and operations and commercial law and is an occasional author and presenter in applied governance.
