About Elizabeth

Elizabeth is an Associate in the Not-for-profit team at Mills Oakley, and has over five years of experience working with not-for-profits, charities, government agencies and major commercial clients regarding regulatory and governance issues, commercial disputes and transactions. Elizabeth regularly acts for clients in relation to governance issues and constitution reviews, corporate and general contract issues, as well as in relation to tax endorsements and regulatory registrations.

Elizabeth was the winner of the inaugural Pro Bono Award in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards, and in 2015 she was named as a finalist in the Up and Coming Woman Lawyer of the Year category of the 2015 NSW Women Lawyers Achievement Awards.
