Jack provides incisive strategic industrial relations advice. Jack regularly advises on the negotiation and interpretation of industrial instruments, and the practical resolution of collective and individual employee disputes. Jack is an experienced advocate who appears in industrial courts and tribunals, including by successfully defending a client in proceedings that have shaped the requirements for enterprise bargaining under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).

Jack has expertise in occupational health and safety and is focussed on advising employers, senior managers and directors on OHS compliance. He acted for directors and senior managers of a large publicly listed company in successfully avoiding individual prosecution. He is also experienced in responding to safety incidents, managing safety investigations, dealing with regulatory authorities and conducting legal proceedings.
