Mark has been involved in advising and representing employers in a wide range of workplace matters including industrial and employment, occupational health, safety and welfare and discrimination matters. Mark has been involved in conducting workplace investigations involving allegations of bullying and sexual harassment as well as representing employers at conciliation conferences before Fair Work Australia and negotiating settlements.
