Emily advises in the areas of contract law, consumer law, intellectual property, telecommunications law, privacy and freedom of information requests. She has been involved in the due diligence part of acquisitions and company secretarial work.


She contributes regularly to the Maddocks TechKnowChat blog on privacy law issues, such as the mandatory data breach notification laws and online behavioural advertising. Emily has authored the article ‘Privacy and Anti-Spam Laws in the Cross-Device Tracking Landscape’ in the LexisNexis Privacy Law Bulletin, Volume 14(5) 2017.
