About MichelleMichelle has extensive banking & finance experience at Ashurst, one of Australia’s leading national firms. Michelle has advised lending institutions and corporate borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross border lending transactions, including corporate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, debtor finance and distressed debt transactions.
Michelle also has experience at leading financial institution, GE Capital, as in-house commercial legal counsel advising internal stakeholders and senior management in relation to commercial finance, equipment finance, distribution finance and fleet businesses.
Michelle is a member of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (Australia Branch).
