Luba has extensive practice experience at leading national firms in Australia, including Baker Mckenzie and Mallesons Stephen Jacques (now King & Wood Mallesons) Luba has a wide range of experience across both contentious and advisory work for large multinationals and blue-chip Australian corporates.

Luba has been involved in complex commercial litigation, regulatory compliance and IP rights enforcement for clients in industry sectors including FMCG, media, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and luxury goods. She is admitted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
