About Jessica

Jessica has extensive experience in dispute resolution and civil litigation. She is currently Senior Legal Counsel, Dispute Resolution, at Uniting Church in Australia. The main function of this portfolio is to manage legal matters arising from the management of risk, claims, redress, potential litigation, Royal Commissions, inquests and regulatory enquiries.

Jessica was previously a Senior Associate in the Insurance and Corporate Risk Group at Minter Ellison. She was also Associate to Justice J Forrest of the Supreme Court of Victoria, assisting in common law, criminal law and commercial proceedings. During her time at the Court, Jessica supported his Honour in managing complex and large-scale actions, including the Black Saturday Bushfire class actions.
