About Jennifer

Jennifer is the Strategic Projects Lead for LexisNexis, with over 20 years’ experience advising leading international organisations in the legal and corporate sectors in Australia and the UK on competition, consumer and general commercial law issues. Prior to her current role at Lexis Nexis, Jennifer was the Head of the Commercial Group for Practical Guidance, and before that the Senior Legal Writer for Practical Guidance Competition. In the legal sphere, Jennifer was Senior Associate in the Competition, Consumer and Regulatory Team at Allens in Sydney, and in-house competition counsel for Sky TV in London and Johnson & Johnson Medical in Sydney. With her passion for competition and consumer law and regulation, Jennifer has authored numerous articles and is a regular commentator for LexisNexis. Some recent examples include:
