Richard McMullan

Richard is a Senior Consultant in the Mills Oakley’s Perth Corporate Advisory team. His areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, capital raisings, financial services and managed investment schemes.

Richard has over 20 years experience in corporate transactions involving listed and unlisted clients, in industries such as mining & exploration, agri-business, real estate and investment.

His experience means that he provides timely and pragmatic advice to clients.
