About Rebecca

Rebecca is Practice Leader, Private Client Practice (PCP) and Special Counsel of the Australian Practice of Fragomen and has practiced exclusively in immigration since 2007. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia.

Rebecca provides legal advice to individual applicants in family migration, resident return and Australian citizenship applications and to local and global companies in corporate immigration matters.

Rebecca is part of Fragomen’s Government Relations practice which advocates for key immigration policy changes. She is also the Australian and New Zealand Country Lead of Fragomen’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and Co-Lead of the firm’s Pro Bono committee, driving several pro bono projects in the humanitarian and protection visa space.

Rebecca has been recognised by Best Lawyers since 2021 in immigration law and Doyle’s Guide Leading Immigration Lawyers, Queensland in 2021 and 2022.

Rebecca has accepted an appointment to serve as a Member of the Administrative Review Tribunal once the tribunal commences operations on 14 October 2024.
