Peter Moran commenced practising as a lawyer at leading Australian law firm Allens Arthur Robinson, where he worked in the areas of corporate and commercial, tax and litigation. Between 2006 and 2009 he was a partner at McCarthy Moran Lawyers and in 2009 joined Donaldson Trumble Lawyers. Peter has a broad range of commercial experiences with particular expertise in the commercial structuring and sale of businesses; corporate governance advice; insolvency; intellectual property; employment law; technology and telecommunications; property development and leasing law.
