About Peta

Peta is well-recognised in the highly specialised field of cartel and competition litigation, and with an established track record leading complex litigation, including class actions. Her practice includes advising clients on competition regulatory investigation and enforcement matters, including liaising with international counsel in global investigations and working closely with economic and other experts in.

Peta advises on the application of the anti-competitive conduct, consumer protection and access provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and related state legislation. She has acted in the Federal and State Local and Supreme Courts and appeared before ICAC at other state tribunals. She is a regular contributor to debates on regulatory reform.
