Mirren has particular experience acting in commercial contractual disputes and consumer law actions under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including misleading or deceptive and unconscionable conduct. Mirren a broad knowledge of commercial contracts from her career as a project finance and banking lawyer acting in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia and is known for her breadth of practical experience with a diverse client base.

Mirren’s sector experience includes working in renewables and energy and resources, IT, transport and infrastructure and corporate finance.

Mirren appears in the Supreme Court of NSW in the Equity and Common law divisions, the District Court and at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and is also a qualified English lawyer.
