Melisa spent four years with a general practice gaining considerable experience in a range of fields including employment law, workers compensation, civil litigation, trade practices, personal injury, medical negligence, defamation and criminal law.

Since joining Finlaysons she has been involved in a variety of industrial and employment issues facing employers as well as work in the area of workers compensation and occupational health, safety and welfare.
