Mark is a professional business and governance adviser, an experienced non-executive director (in the software, banking, hospital and aged care sectors), and a long-time chair of audit and risk committees.

Mark is also an Independent Compliance Committee member, and has been a Responsible Manager, for both wholesale and retail Australian Financial Services licensed entities.

Mark presents various education programs for the Governance Institute of Australia and facilitated courses for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
