About Ken and area of expertise

Ken Searle is the Partner in charge of the Camden office of Marsdens Law Group and Partner in charge of the entire Estate Planning department. He has been a lawyer for over 30 years. Prior to joining Marsdens in 1986, Ken was in partnership with the former Premier of New South Wales and Federal Minister for Finance, John Fahey.

Ken practices in most areas of law but predominantly in the areas of wills and estate law and commercial law.

Ken obtained his Law Society Specialist Accreditation in wills and estates law in 2004 and he is the only NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in wills and estate law in the Campbelltown area.

Ken is also an Accredited Commercial Mediator.

Ken is currently completing a Masters in Applied Law (Wills & Estates) at the College of Law.

Ken is very active in the community and serves a number of local organisations, including President of the Camden RSL Club, member of the Camden Rugby Club & Camden Rotary Club and member of the finance committee of the St Paul's Catholic Church.
