About Kathleen

Kathleen specialises in competition law, consumer protection, financial services and credit, market integrity, privacy white collar and business crime. Kathleen has a unique blend of private practice and regulatory experience having held a senior executive position at ASIC and was for several years the Deputy Bureau Chief of the New York Antitrust Bureau. She has represented Australian and international corporations in their dealings with regulators, investigations, enforcement actions, criminal prosecutions and complex civil litigation, including class actions.
