About Kate

Kate started at Nicholes Family Lawyers in 2010 as a legal graduate after completing her law degree and practical legal training. Kate previously worked as a secondary school science teacher, where she gained experience working with young people in a pastoral care role and developed an interest in matters that affect children.

While at NFL, Kate has worked on complex property matters, special medical procedure applications and childrens matters. Kate has gained experience in range of family law matters while volunteering at a community legal service as well as experience in an in-house corporate legal environment. She has also worked as a legal intern for the Office of the Health Services Commissioner where she carried out legal research. Kate is now committed to working exclusively in family law.
