Jackie specialises in competition and consumer law investigations and litigation, particularly in respect of the enforcement of Australia’s civil and criminal cartel laws and Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act more generally.
Jackie has a deep understanding of regulators and regulatory investigations, having acted for the ACCC in number of complex and high profile matters, including investigations and litigation relating to misuse of market power, cartel conduct and exclusive dealing. Jackie now acts for a range of corporate clients in responding to investigations and proceedings brought by the ACCC and advises generally on competition law and regulatory risks and options.
